FREESTYLE APPLICATION malese jow - just turned eighteen - newport high ; senior - hetero - single Yawning as he awoke, Jiyong took a moment to bury his face against his pillow before reaching out a hand for his partner-- quickly finding nothing but more blanket and empty space. Though not surprised by now to awake alone, the male couldn't help but huff before he lifted his head to squint in the general direction of where his lover should have been laying. ".. Of course." Apparently, he would have to find the man first in order to bother him for a bit of morning affection. The brunette sat up and ruffled his hair before a brief look around the area ended with his gaze landing back on the bed and spotting a sheet of paper with familiar handwriting scrawled across it. Had Jay gone out? He could have sworn he could smell breakfast well underway downstairs, so he had to still be somewhere within the flat. Picking up the paper, he began to read it before he couldn't help but chuckle at the initial words he read. "Cutie.." he mumbled for a moment, taking a moment to sit up and rub the sleep his eyes before beginning to read. He was surprised at first, lips pursing almost immediately after the first syllables until the fifth line came about and the tone of the poem changed. At this his expression changed into one of-- well, still surprise, but a completely different kind and before he knew it, his eyes had started to water as each and every word seemed able to pull at his emotions for they bore such a heavy truth he didn't know what to do with himself. Jiyong rose from the bed and headed to the stairs. All the meanwhile, he was continuously wiping at his face in an effort to keep it dry and grasp at some semblance of composure. His mind was still partially clouded with sleep and yet at the same time he was feeling overwhelmed with emotion so strong he wasn't sure if he could pull it together the short trip down the stairs to the first floor of the flat. He quickly went down the steps, spotting his partner and pausing for a moment as he tried one last time to hold it together-- but couldn't. ".. What the fuck is wrong with you." Quickly shaking his head with a small chuckle, he hurried towards the other male and pushed away whatever he was doing to pull him closer and immediately wrap his arms around his neck, shamelessly clinging to him in the process and allowing his guard to fall. Jiyong hated to cry in front of others, always having felt judged for such a thing and feeling as if people always expected him to be more resilient; however, with Jay, he was past the point of caring about such things anymore and didn't bother hiding the fact that he was doing so. name; star; time zone; -7 GMT |
